*PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK AT THE MOMENT*

Delivery: 
If your delivery is to be sent to your work or business address, please ensure that you will be able to locate and collect the item (once a signature has been obtained, we acccept no responsibility for missing  items).

Exchange:
We will be happy to exchange a product within 14 days providing the following conditions are met: 

1) A valid receipt must be presented as proof.

2) The item must be in the original packaging with the original swing tags still attached.

3) The item must be unused so that it can be sold as new.

If an exchange is required via post, you will need to pay the return postage and must also pay a cost of £4.99 for the new item to be sent out to you.

*Please note that if the item is not sent back in the condition described above, we cannot accept it. We will send it back to you or charge you a 20% re-stocking fee.

Refund:
Under the long distance selling regulations, in order for you to be able to claim for a refund, the item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery (the above exchange conditions also apply to all refunded items).

We will not accept any items for refund after this period (postage is non-refundable.)

If a product is found to be faulty within the manufacturer's guaranteed period - and not through the owner's misuse - a refund will be given or an exchange will be made, depending on the customer's preference. Unfortunately we cannot give postage refunds on faulty items returned to us.

Please note: in the case of footwear and waterproof jackets, some items may have to be sent away for testing before the manufacturer can make a decision on the out come of the guarantee. This may take up to 2-3 weeks and the manufacturer's decision is final. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.


Credit note or gift vouchers:
When an item is returned within the 14 day period and a suitable replacement cannot be found, we will provide a credit note or gift voucher. These cannot be exchanged for cash!

Group sales:
The group sales team are available to advise companies, schools, local authorities and outdoor clubs on kit and are able to offer favourable discounts on consolidated orders.

Price promise:
In the unlikely event of any product on the internet being available at a lower price, please let us know and we will try to match that price (excludes sale or reduced products).

Delivery times:
Estimated time for delivery is between 7-14 days from the time you place your order (please note this is an estimate and delivery can be much quicker.)
