Terms and Conditions
Exchange:
We will be happy to exchange a product within 14 days as long as you have a receipt, its in the original packing with original swing tags still attached and item is unused so it can be sold as new. If you want to exchange a product through the post the customer has to pay the postage back to us and for the exchanged item sent back to them at a cost of £4.99.
*Please note that if the item is not sent back in the condition describe above, we cannot accept it. We will send it back to you or charge you a 20% re-stocking fee.
Refund:
Under the long distant selling regulations you have 7 days from the day the item is delivered to return for a refund. As long as you have a receipt, its in the original packing with original swing tags still attached and item is unused so it can be sold as new.
We will not accept any items for refund after this period.(Postage is non refundable.)

If a product is found to be faulty within the guaranteed period and not through the owners misuse then a refund or exchange will given depending on what the customer prefers.
Please note that in the case of footwear and waterproof jackets they may have to be sent away for testing before the manafacturer can make a decision on the out come of the guarantee this can take upto 2-3 weeks and the manafacturer's decision is final.This guarantee does not effect your statutory rights.
Credit note or Gift vouchers:
We will give a Credit note or Gift vouchers when a product is brought back within the 14 days for a exchange and the customer cant find a suitable product. These cannot be exchanged for cash!
Group sales:
The group sales team are there to advise companies, schools, local authorities and outdoor clubs on kit and are able to offer favourable discounts on consolidated orders.
Price Promise:
In the unlikely event of any product on the internet being available at a lower price, please let us know and we will try to match that price (excludes sale or reduced products).
Delivery Times:
We estimate delivery times at 7-14 days from the time you place your order, to your front door. (please note these are estimated and can be quicker.)
Express Orders:
If you require your item in a rush for £9.99 we can have it on your doorstep in 4-5 days. Please note the order has to be placed on that day before 2pm.
